We want to keep you informed about the ongoing Canada Post strike. As of November 15, 2024, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has announced a national strike that may cause significant delays for shipments sent through Canada Post, especially to rural addresses and PO Boxes.
Rest assured, your orders will not be impacted by this disruption. We have temporarily switched to using UPS and ChitChats (in partnership with USPS) for our shipping needs. This ensures that our delivery times remain consistent and reliable:
- UPS delivers within 1-5 business days.
- ChitChats (via USPS) delivers within 3-6 business days.
While UPS and ChitChats are unaffected by the strike, please note that only Canadian Rural addresses and PO Boxes serviced by Canada Post will experience disruptions.
