Do you offer free shipping?
We do! Every order ships free, with no duties or tariffs.

If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, any additional shipping costs to resend the order will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping
Every order ships free, with no duties or tariffs. Ships in 1 to 3 business days, and delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days.
Returns
Holiday orders can be returned unused until January 15.
How does shipping work, and why has my tracking paused?
Your order ships from our warehouse through a two-stage network with two carriers. Once it leaves our fulfillment centre, it's handed to a local carrier for the final leg.
During that handoff, tracking can pause for 5 to 7 business days. That's normal, and it just means your package is moving to the next carrier. We see the same tracking you do, and it picks back up the moment the next carrier scans your parcel.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, any cost to resend it falls to the customer.
Can I protect my order?
Yes. At checkout you can add Onward package protection for a small fee. It covers a free reshipment if your order is lost or damaged in transit, offsets the carbon footprint of your shipment, and includes a 90-day money-back guarantee if you aren't happy.
Real reviews.
“Super good for shredding veggies, cheese. Really like it.”
Always sceptical about online orders but this was one of the good ones. It's definitely going to up my kitchen game.
Love it. Now I can shred all my zucchini.
