With carriers experiencing higher-than-normal volumes throughout December, this cutoff gives your order the best chance of arriving on time.
Why December 10?
December is the busiest shipping month of the year. Carriers often experience delays due to weather, increased volume, and regional bottlenecks. While we ship quickly from our Calgary warehouse (Canada) and our U.S. fulfillment center, once packages are with the carriers, timelines can vary.
Ordering by December 10 helps ensure your gifts arrive when you need them.
What Happens If I Order After December 10?
We’ll continue fulfilling orders every day throughout the season, but we can’t guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders placed after the cutoff.
If you're shopping late, don’t worry! We’ll still get your package on the way as fast as we can, and you’ll receive tracking information the moment it ships.
