How do I use my new Spartan Kitchen tool?

Does shipping cost extra?
No. Every order ships free across Canada and the US, with no duties or tariffs at the door.
Are Spartan tools dishwasher safe?
Yes, top rack. We recommend hand washing and drying them to keep the blades at their best.
What does the guarantee cover?
If a blade dulls within 20 years, we replace it for free. Breakage, rust, bending and similar defects are covered for life.
To make a claim, email a photo of the tool and a photo of the Spartan logo on the handle to info@spartankitchen.ca. We'll help you get a replacement tool or blade.
How long will my order take to get to me?
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, then usually arrive 7 to 10 business days after that.
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, the cost to resend it is the customer's responsibility.
What if the product I want is out of stock?
We do our best to only show tools that are in stock. If an order ever includes something that's out of stock, we'll let you know right away when it will be back, and refund you if needed.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer refunds within 15 days of receiving your order, and holiday orders can be returned unused until January 15, so there's plenty of time after the gifts are opened.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, and refunds go back to the payment method used at checkout.
Do they work for left-handed cooks?
Yes. Every Spartan tool works in either hand.
