All orders are packaged and shipped the within 1-3 business days.

Orders typically arrive within 10 to 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Due to new import regulations and general carrier delays, shipping times are currently a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience. Most customers receive their packages well within this window.

Holiday orders can be returned unused until January 15.

All Canadian orders ship through our North American fulfillment network using a two-stage process to keep delivery consistent and affordable.

1. Once your order leaves our fulfillment centre, it’s transferred to a Canadian carrier for final delivery.
2. During this handoff, tracking updates may pause for 5 to 7 business days. This is completely normal and simply means your package is on its way to the next carrier.

During times of postal disruption (like strikes), we will reroute shipments through other reliable carriers to avoid delays.

Once a package enters the carrier network, we receive the same tracking updates that you do. Tracking will begin updating again once the next carrier scans your parcel.
