Yes! All prices shown on our UK store include 20% VAT. The price you see is the price you pay. No surprises at checkout.
Do I have to pay any customs duties or import fees?
Orders under £135 are not subject to UK customs duty, and all of our products fall within this threshold. In rare cases, Royal Mail may charge a small handling fee for processing the customs declaration. If this happens, please reach out to us at info@spartankitchen.ca
Do you offer free shipping to the UK?
We do! Orders of £75 or more ship free to the UK.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are packaged and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail, and delivery to the UK typically takes 5 to 15 business days after being shipped depending on your location. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.
Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are complete and accurate at the time of checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, any additional shipping costs to resend the order will be the responsibility of the customer.
What if my tracking isn't updating?
International shipments can sometimes experience gaps in tracking updates as your package makes its way to Royal Mail for final delivery. This is completely normal. What is your return policy?
We offer refunds within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that all return shipping will be paid for by the customer. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
How do I clean my Spartan tools?
All Spartan products may be cleaned on the top rack of your dishwasher, although we highly recommend you hand wash and dry all Spartan products to preserve the sharpness of the blades.
Pro Tip: if handwashing, a dish brush works wonders on the teeth of the blade. Gently pat the blade dry after washing.
Do your tools work for left-handed people?
