How to Use

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $139 ship free. For anything under that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the item weight.
Do you offer a warranty?
Of course! We offer a lifetime guarantee on all breakage, bending, and snapping on both our Spartan Peelers and Spartan Shredders. We also offer a free blade replacement on your tools within 20 years of purchase.
Just take a photo of your damaged product as well as a photo of our Spartan logo on the handle and send it to info@spartankitchen.ca. A team member will happily help you with your inquiry and get a replacement product or blade to you.
Do I have to pay duties, taxes, or import fees?

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are packaged and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Most orders then arrive within 5-15 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Import rules and carrier delays have stretched things a little lately, so thank you for your patience. Most customers get their package well within that window.
How does shipping work, and why has my tracking paused?
Your order ships from our warehouse through a two-stage network with two carriers. Once it leaves our fulfillment center, it's handed to a local carrier for the final leg.
During that handoff, tracking can pause for up to 5 to 7 business days. That's normal, and it just means your package is moving to the next carrier. We see the same tracking you do, and it picks back up the moment the next carrier scans your parcel.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, any cost to resend it falls to the customer.
Can I protect my order?
Yes. At checkout you can add Onward package protection for a small fee. It covers a free reshipment if your order is lost or damaged in transit, offsets the carbon footprint of your shipment, and includes a 90-day money-back guarantee if you aren't happy.
